What: Investment group in the U.S. in the name of AVIG, LLC, DE; and in India in the name of AVIG India, LLC.

When: This LLC has been in a careful planning stage for the past few years. It has been open for business, since August 2011.

Where: The LLC is incorporated in DE, which owns 75% of stake in AVIG India, LLC in India formed specifically to execute the business interests of AVIG in India.

Why: This LLC was formed to provide our investors a stable fixed option for investment, diversify into a foreign market, an additional/alternate option other than the current volatile stock market or depending on a very low bank interest income.
