Current offerings

The current project offer aims at doubling investment in 84 months {e.g. $100 to $200} or 7 years [the project life] IF annual interests are auto-reinvested, the compound accumulated bond average rate per annum is 14.29 percent.

This project has a second option, simple interest 10 percent per annum rate, IF interest is to be paid every 12-month cycle. That is a cumulative 70 percent interest over 7-year period.

At the end of year 7 the principal and the interest will be paid to the investor. Reinvestments will depend upon the LLC offerings and reqirements at that time.
